As an experienced M&A advisor, corporate strategy advisor, and entrepreneur, Mr. Baer possesses a unique skill set in that his experience encompasses both the public and private markets. Over the past 32 years, Kevin has advised, sat on boards, and taken executive roles, when needed, for startups and early-stage companies across various market sectors. As an advisor, he has been involved in significant business activity, including but not limited to restructuring, RTOs, and professional service placement. With his out-of-the-box, creative thinking, Kevin provides a unique advisory skill that goes beyond professional service placement; his creativity has led him into other valuable business areas, such as website development and design. 

Kevin has advised on many successful transitions with private companies listing on the OTC Markets and listed OTC companies transitioning to the American Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, or NYSE. He, at times, held officer and director positions with private and public companies. Finally, when appropriately positioned within companies, he has successfully assisted in helping companies during his career.

• 2003 to 2005 - Co-founder, Executive Vice President & Secretary of Health Enhancement Products, FKA: Western Glory Hole, Inc., and held the positions of CEO, CFO & Secretary, NKA: ZIVO Bioscience, Inc. (ZIVO) Taded on the Nasdaq GS from Q2 2021 - Q1 2024 now trades OTCQB. 
• 1991 to 2003 - Employed by Carriage House Capital, where he excelled to Executive Vice President by 1997.

• Mr. Baer attended NSCC in Beverly, MA, from 1987 - 1990, earning an ABM associate in business marketing and management. 

Kevin is the youngest of three boys, all raised in Marblehead, MA. He is married with one teenage daughter; when he is away from the business, he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, dogs, and friends. Additionally, he enjoys motorsports, travel, photography, food, fitness, and testing his creative skills in unfamiliar areas.

Mr. Sanders, Founder  & President of SkyTech Advisors, is a Dynamic global leader with 21 years of USAF military aircraft maintenance and flight operations experience that excels in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments. A veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom with leadership experience in large-scale operations. He is a detail-oriented planner that effectively lead multiple-sized teams.  Dedicated to driving success through teamwork and creating efficient processes. Passion for forwarding the safe, ethical, and effective use of various unmanned aerial systems to address public, private, and government security threats, provide incident and event management, and accomplish environmental and structural inspections. Promotes cooperative small business innovative cross-tell and cutting-edge ideas throughout the UAS industry.

Throughout his service, Kevin has been awarded countless awards and decorations for his dedication to his country. He garners two Meritorious Service Medals, three Air Force Accommodation Medals, and the coveted Airmen Leadership School John L. Levitow and Lieutenant General Leo Marquez Awards, among many others. Additionally, Kevin has been personally recognized by two Presidents of the United States with a traditional “Challenge Coin” for his efforts.

In addition to his extensive aviation background, Kevin holds multiple accreditations, including an FAA Part 107 Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems and an Airframe & Powerplant certification. He is currently completing his BS in Unmanned Systems Applications through Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.

Charles F. Schmitt is an attorney with a focus on business, entertainment, and media law. From his roots in media sales and concert promotion enures as an executive at three major sports leagues and entrepreneurial pursuits in the world of entertainment, Charlie Schmitt brings a unique and diverse perspective to his practice.

Mr. Faverman was a senior at Marblehead High School when he approached FHA for his MHS internship. Noah is a hard-working, energetic, creative, business-minded young adult. It was a pleasure and honor to mentor a young adult in preparation for college and life in the real world. Schooling is a valuable tool for success, but hands-on and real-life situations genuinely give a sense of reality.   

Noah has continued his education at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.
